Who we are
Vynix Digital is a digital agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at vynix.digital@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, company, the service you are interested in and the project details you write.
- Newsletter form: your email address.
- Email: whatever you choose to include when you write to us.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for. Email us at any time and we will take you off the list.
- To keep the website secure and working.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent for the newsletter, and on our legitimate interest in answering you (or on taking steps you asked for before a contract) for enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. It is handled only by the service providers that run this site for us: our hosting provider, which serves the website and processes form submissions, our email provider, which delivers form messages to our inbox, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that each form is sent by a person and not a bot (it sees technical data such as your IP address and browser). These providers may process data outside your country, under their own data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep a record of our work together, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email vynix.digital@gmail.com and we will respond. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
