We agree what is covered up front: updates to WordPress core, themes and plugins, backups, security checks and small content or design changes. You send requests as they come up, and we keep you posted on what changed.

### Can you fix an urgent problem on my live site?

Yes. Tell us what is happening, whether it is an error screen, a broken checkout or a hacked site, and we will look at it as soon as we can. Where possible we test the fix on a staging copy first, so it does not cause new problems on the live site.
